Qualifications
Dr. Toupin obtained his doctorate in medicine from the Université Laval (1982). He obtained a license from the Medical Council of Canada (1983), a degree in plastic surgery from the Université de Montreal and a specialization in plastic surgery from the Corporation professoinnelle des médecins du Québec (1987).

He holds a certificate of Specialist in Plastic Surgery from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (1987) and a post-doctorate degree in Aesthetic Cosmetic Surgery from the University of California (Irvine 1988).

Professional Associations
Since 1988, Dr. Toupin has been an active member of the Centre hospitalier des vallées de l’Outaouais where he was chief of plastic surgery from 1995 to 2004.

He is a member of the Association des spécialistes en chirurgie plastique et esthétique du Québec, the Fédération des médecins spécialistes du Québec, the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and the Société de chirurgie plastique de la Capitale Nationale.
