ABDOMINOPLASTY
Objective
Abdominoplasty is a surgical procedure aimed at correcting an abdomen with excess skin and sometimes fat caused by changes in weight, successive pregnancies, age or physical inactivity. It allows the abdomen to "rejuvenate", especially its lower part.
The Procedure
The procedure involves removing excess skin and tightening the belly and, if necessary, the muscles of the abdominal wall. The excess skin having been removed, the skin of the abdomen will be smooth and tight. If the abdomen has stretch marks, they may be withdrawn or, at the very least, their appearance greatly improved. We can also perform a liposuction (lipoplasty) of the abdomen at the same time, if necessary.
This surgery provides a very strong aesthetic satisfaction and greater comfort in everyday life.
During your consultation, Dr. Toupin will also discuss with you all aspects related to this type of procedure, its benefits as well as the risks that may be involved.
